Baked oats on several mornings with different toppings like coconut pudding, omelette, smoothie bowls… Started each day the way I like the most – with a good, healthy and big brekkie.
Salads, a lunch visit to Date + Kale and to my local little Kahvila Siiri, pasta with greens…
Smoothies, coffees, golden milk, fruits, berries..
Soup, pastas, risotto, vege nachos… And some really good organic wine on a few nights. On weekend I had some friends over and they made us the good old macaroni casserole which tasted so good after a looong time (honestly, years) of not having it.
Cookies. And more cookies – the “free from everything” kind of cookies that I tried the first time last week. I also ate some candy and regular ice cream on friday – immediate regret with a tummy ache and lousy feeling after not having those for 2 months now, except on christmas.
